This is a great experience! Antonio was a great host; he clearly had a lot of experience making paellas and made everyone feel welcome. He showed us how to make paella from start to finish while we snacked on cheese, olives and wine, and he was always ready to answer any questions we had (whether it be about how to make paella, the history of paella, a bit of Spanish history, etc). I don't think this is mentioned in the activity description, but he also made us some Spanish tortilla. After the cooking, we sat outside on the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the Guadalquivir and the rest of Sevilla while we enjoyed the paella, tortilla, and sangria. They all tasted delicious. I was on a backpacker budget so the price tag is a little hefty; but it was definitely worth the experience!

Our group of four attended both the sangria tasting and the paella cooking events led by Antonio. The former was on the shaded rooftop and the latter inside the adjoining space. We learned a ton about each subject and were entertained throughout. There were about a dozen people in the entire group-just the right size. The paella was really good. I would recommend both events.

A great experience! Highly recommend. Antonio was brilliant. We stood (there are chairs if you want to sit) round and watched him prepare paella from scratch to finish. He made everyone welcome and our glasses were always full. The views from the rooftop were amazing, the sangria was great and the paella delicious. My only comment was finding the place, instructions say go to the restaurant but it wasn't open, luckily we met Antonio on his way up. If you don't meet him like we did then just go to the door at the corner of the building and take the elevator to the top floor!
