Full description
Get a better understanding of the culinary wealth of Seville and Spain at a 3-hour cooking class with dinner. Benefit from the services of a professional chef who will teach you how to cook traditional dishes like an expert. Designed for novice cooks and the more experienced, the lesson takes place at a cooking school inside Triana Market. Prepare a salmorejo (chilled tomato soup) or gazpacho starter, along with typical tapas such as spinach with chickpeas, huevos a la flamenca and Spanish omelet. Make an authentic paella for your main course and a light dessert of lemon sorbet with Cava to indulge your sweet tooth. Sangria will be served during the lesson as you get to know the rest of the group. Sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor with two additional drinks.

    My wife and I attended this cooking class on 16th APR. Honestly, I did not have a high expectations, as I did not enjoy cooking. But it turned out that it was the best experience I've had during my vacation in Spain. The chef was very friendly and energetic. Cooking was very enjoyable and I was guided step by step. We made three dishes - it was all so delicious! It was paired with homemade Sangria and drinks of our choosing. What was great was not only learning to cook new dishes & delicious food, it was the atmosphere and meeting new people. There were about 14people in the class, all very international - Holland, U.S, Korea (Me :D), etc. We had so much fun together cooking & eating & talking. I would definitely recommend Spanish Cooking Class.

    What a great cooking class. We made cold tomato soup, spinach and chickpea dip and paella. It was a really fun class. We had sangria and then wine with the meal. A memorable birthday present from my husband! It was also cheaper than a tapas tour and I think decent value for money

    I was looking for something fun and different to do with my adult son on our last night in Seville. We decided to splurge and join this cooking class. The hosts were gracious and friendly, I learned some tips that I will carry over into my everyday cooking, and they were so accomodating to our dietary needs of being strictly vegetarian. Great experience and a fun time!!!
