Absolutely Amazing!

Miguel was the best tour guide we have ever had!! Right from the start, Miguel was on time and had picked us up right in front of our apartment to start our fun filled day. Miguel was warm, funny, and very knowledgeable about all things Spain and Iberico Ham. Miguel had a great working relationship with the Iberian farm owners so we had a very personal tour of the operation. After the tour of the farm we all enjoyed a delicious tasting of various Iberico de Bellota which was beyond compare. After the tour Miguel took us to one of his favorite hidden gems in Aracena to have lunch before touring the cave. After a great lunch we toured the cave at Aracena which was other worldly and a must see on the tour. We can't leave out our amazing driver Enrique who was also very nice and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this tour and you must ask for Miguel and Enrique!

Wonderful day. Nice family operation. We learned the whole process of jamon. Loved the fact that we mixed with the pigs in the forest. Terrific guides, great food and wine. Cave amazing. Think the audio guide was unnecessary. I spent too much time trying to figure out the iPod and which room I was in instead of taking in the natural wonder.

Very interesting ... have become experts in ham

Super very interesting visit with Charlotte. Walk in the middle of the pigs and then explanations of all the stages to finish with a tasting while passing through rooms filled with ham. Mmmmh just want to take one with.
