The trip was brilliant! Our guide Jesus was thorough and knowledgeable. He told us of his plan for the day. It was a whopping 47 degrees and Jesus made sure we walked in shaded areas. Mentioned any safety concerns in the area such as pickpockets and had time to rest. When we stopped in Carmona, he allowed the group to split up to either continue seeing sights with him or rest for a break for food and toilets (recommended best place to eat). On arrival in Cordoba, we went by each site and told us the history, key facts and points of interests. We stopped for some lunch again, he recommended the restaurant that catered for certain needs and gave us time to wonder round. Jesus arranged the tour guide for the Alhambra and it was brilliant! All in all, a good day was had by the group. I will certainly recommend Jesus as a travel day guide. He's friendly, professional and humourous. I would love to go on another tour with him again in future when I come to Seville for another excursion.

Worth it just for the guided tour through Córdoba’s amazing mosque-cathedral. But there was more to see. Our guide Inez was very nice and had lots to say. Congenial group. The travel time between Seville and Córdoba was long—good for a snooze but not much else. Train is much faster.

We were advised the day before by SMS and on the phone that we couldn't have a French guide as we were only 3 French people and asked if we wanted to cancel or have the tour in English, we went for the 2nd option. We had the good surprise to have one guide speaking French after all, in addition to another one who spoke English and Spanish. They were both knowledgeable. Our guide Manuel spoke a very good French (apart from English, Spanish and his native language Italian) and told us everything about Carmona and Cordoba. He knew the right place to go for lunch as well. A great day. The mosque cathedral of Cordoba is a must, the only improvement could be to have a guide speaking French inside instead of the audioguide.
