We were there relatively early and still pretty much alone. So I can't comment on whether it really is 'skip the line'. The chapel is very small but really nicely done. Taking photos is strictly forbidden and attention is paid to it. The first tour groups arrive from around 11:30 am, so you should be through by then.

Thanks to the online ticket, I was able to be the first to go to the Sedlec Ossuary at 9 a.m. without having to buy a ticket on the other side of the street first. A dream has come true for me...a short time alone to fully enjoy this magical place!

Very fascinating, also from an anatomical point of view. I think it's a bit of a shame that the room is pretty dirty. Dusty, lots of cobwebs, dirt that accumulates. It is interesting that one of the pyramids is currently being rebuilt and you can see the construction under the bones.
