I gave 4 stars because of waiting for 30 minutes for picking up. I should be there at 7:30, the tour starts at 8 and bus arrived on time. However, the guide was excellent and he explained us everything and showed lots of things.

Unfortunately, due to very bad weather condition on 12th January 2020 (snow storm, hail and heavy wind), the trip to Snaefellsnes in the North West was cancelled in the last minute when we got to the bus on the morning at 07:30. Gray Line proposed us to have the full cancellation or to choose another trip, so we quickly chose "South Coast Iceland Tours to Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon" which began at 08:00... and it was the best tour we had! Due to the slippery roads, this trip to the South East took almost 16 hours instead of 14 hours initially planned (from 08:00 to 23:30). It was a very long day but it was totally worth it (incredible landscapes)! The guide was very nice and had a relaxing voice. We definitely recommend Gray Line tours. We hope to visit Snaefellsnes during our next trip in Iceland :)
This was the best among the day tours! We have experienced the Blue Lagoon, Golden Circle, South Iceland but this tour toped it all! The tour guide/driver really took his time and very informative. He also made extra stops for taking photos. The way to the western coast was amazing!! From lava fields, to mountains, to fjords, random waterfalls and rivers and to the main sight-seeing destinations.. The best untouched nature we have ever seen.
Wonderful tour experience. Tour guide was very helpful and even though we couldn't one of the waterfalls due to bad weather conditions, he took us to different one to make up for. Overall happy with the tour and our our guide.
We had a rainy, windy day but still had an awesome time with Simon as our guide. He made a few adjustments to make it more enjoyable. The beach with rock formation bath made us feel like we were traveling in a fantasy world.
Great guide in two languages English and German .... All breaks and activities great timing ... The driver is experienced and brought us back safely despite extremely windy weather ... Thank you
