What people are saying about Savanne District

Today we were first with Roman at the dolphins, and after 5 minutes we were able to admire the first ones, just beautiful, then we continued with Petra, we skipped breakfast and went to a small local street food snack bar.. .. very very tasty, the rest of the tour was also super informative and we always had enough time to walk around and take pictures ourselves... Petra gave us great tips from which side the photos are best, she explained everything to us answered all questions very carefully and really took his time. We can only recommend this tour with Petra ... many thanks for everything Petra .... and of course many thanks also to Roman.

Amazing trip. Picked up early and was on the boat by sunrise. Lovely swim with the dolphins and then stopped at cafe for breakfast. Informative trip around all the sites. The driver was very knowledgeable and gave interesting information throughout the route. Combining the dolphin trip along with seeing the holy Lake, coloured earth and the beautiful views of the Black river gorge and waterfalls made for a very memorable day out. Would certainly recommend this trip to any visitors in South Mauritius. Vehicle was extremely comfortable, driving was very safe and the driver was extremely nice. Thank you

You start here early in the morning and drive out along the coast at sunrise to find a school of dolphins. If this is successful, you can snorkel to see the dolphins swimming in the wild. Afterwards there is a small breakfast and the driver and tour guide take you to the sights. A lot about the island is explained here on the way to and with them. All in all a successful trip!

Nitesh has been our driver for the day. A very nice person, who has explained to us many things about the culture of Mauritius. It has been a pleasure to share our day with him. A highly recommended experience.

We got to swim with dolphins which was amazing and then our guide took us to see all of the best attractions in the south and south west of the island. The guide was so informative and absolutely lovely!!
