Full description

Start with pickup from Sarajevo and be introduced to your guide for the day. Sit comfortably in your seat and enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside.

Head to Mostar, enjoying the view on Jablanicko lake, and amazing nature. Head to Jablanica to see a piece of history where you see a ruined old train bridge which is a witness of the Battle of the Neretva, also known as the Battle for the Wounded.

Mostar awaits with its warm climate, unique beauty, and amazing history. Your guide will take you to the Old Town where you can see the famous Old Bridge.

Hear the legends and stories about this amazing example of Ottoman architecture from the 16th century. You will also get an opportunity to see a short video in a local gallery about the bridge's destruction in 1993.

After this tour through Mostar, your guide will suggest you have lunch either in Mostar’s local restaurants or go to Blagaj. The beautiful Blagaj is a small village built at the source of the crystal clear river Buna. It flows out of the 200m high mountain cliffs that overlook the area.

The authentic 16th-century Ottoman town and open-air museum of Počitelj is next. Its amazing architecture and location will surely excite you.

Finally, begin the journey back to Sarajevo. Stop at the breathtaking Kravica Falls for a swim in the crystal-clear waters before getting dropped off at your hotel.

The tour was a great experience. I'd especially like to highlight our guide, Amer, who'd always have an answer for the group's questions. I went in November, and although not as vibrant as on the pictures taken in the Summer, the sights were still breathtaking. For your information: 1. The tour does not go through Jablanica, instead going through Konjic, which is close by. It's a beautiful town situated in a valley between the mountains. 2. Best time to go would be May or September - it is not too hot and the days are long. It got dark at 4pm when I went in November, so the visit to Počitelj town wasn't as exciting. 3. Bring nice sturdy shoes and sunglasses. The sun is bright and there is a lot of rock hopping. 4. You would need 60-70 Bosnian marks (BAM) to enjoy everything on the trip: - 14 marks to go up the minaret for a view of Mostar; - 20-30 marks for a lunch near the Dervish Monastery; - 30 marks for a ticket to Kravica Falls.

Excellent tour and my guide (Arna) is so considerate. We stopped at 6 viewpoints including one stop for toilet break. All the viewpoints are breathtaking and definitely is a must do if you ever visit to Sarajevo. Despite we have 14 pax that booked the same tour on the same day, we were split into two groups (7 in a group) and the small size tour means we were well taken care by Arna and the driver drives carefully.

Agan was our guide for this tour from Sarajevo to herzegovina. We were 3 persons . He took us in his private car. I loved the explanations about the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Except his explantions, we asked him a lot of questions and got nice answers. Agan amazed us with his extensive knowledge. Agan wanted to go directly to Mostar. But i insisted to go first to destroyed Neretva Bridge . So, we went to the Bridge. Then to Mostar. Then to Balagi. Then to the waterfalls. On the way back to Sarajevo , we went to a middle ages village, but we were very tired. We came back to our hotel at 20:00. I want to mention Agan careful driving!!!! Thank you
