The guide/driver Luis was very friendly and spoke good english. He was very informative on each stop. Each winery had a different staff guide who spoke English and gave us the full vineyard tour. It was only 4 of us, all had not picked the lunch option. But we were still taken to the same restaurant and it seemed 'a bit forced' that we would eat there. So even with several steak dishes it did not come up to what the experience was charging. More importantly, we really were hoping we would get the chance to pick where we eat or have a picnic on our own. We only went to 2 wineries but in the 8 full hours, we felt rushed in each stop. The wineries were big with tours, so we did not have enough time in each of them. The second stop at Concha y Toro, they have a restaurant too which we all thought we'd have liked the option to have had lunch there instead of the other restaurant.

The tour company did not arrive on the day we had scheduled our tour, but they responded quickly to our email and apologized for the mistake. We reschedule for today, and had an outstanding day. We very much enjoyed the tours, the food, the wine and most of all our driver.

Eu achei um passeio bacana, mas caro pelo que oferece. O site indica um guia que fala portugues e isso não é verdade. Ponto positivo: nosso motorista Hugo, que fez de tudo para nos atender (mesmo com a dificuldade de falar português e inglês - um ponto alto do serviço)
