What people are saying about Sandy, Oregon

My husband and I are planning on moving to Oregon in a few years and came out for a long weekend to explore the area. We signed up for a full day winery tour and definitely got more than we bargained for. Marcus from Terran Tours was not only a fun tour guide but extremely knowledgeable about the areas we toured, the history and most importantly the wines of the region . It was a fantastic day and enabled us to narrow our search to what area we want to settle. We were lucky to get a private tour and therefore Marcus was able to be very flexible with how we wanted to structure the day! I highly recommend this tour for tourists or even residents who want to get out of the city. You are guaranteed to pick up some interesting fact that you didnt know before. Also, the wineries he chose were fantastic, we even joined one of their clubs! I look forward to going back and booking another tour with Terran Tours soon! Happy Traveling!

Marcus, our guide was a wealth of information from history to fauna and flora, geology, ecology, imports/exports, to interesting facts along the way. His knowledge of wine and growing fruit, different types of ciders, wine, beer was extensive. He connected personally with each member of our tour equally and made the information conversational rather than instructional. Marcus is a safe and very confident driver (the sound system for the tour was perfect throughout the Mercedes). Pizza and wine lunch delicious and timely.

If you are debating to take this tour versus any other tour in Oregon , I hope you take My advice and book this specific tour with Terran Travels.
