The tour itself was amazing. We purposely arrived early so that we could get a good seat on the upper deck. We know the sign saying there was a maximum capacity however, that didn’t seem to be anyone monitoring this, as it got filled up people started to stand up right in front of us, blocking our views, and became quite belligerent when suggested they move out of our view, it seems to me that staff should be able to monitor this and keep people from blocking each other.

If you go in October, definitely bring a jacket and some gloves!! Unfortunately we didn't get a great view of the Golden Gate Bridge because of heavy fog, but the rest of the sights were lovely. The boat was clean, and there was access to bathrooms and drinks/food which was great. Other than one employee who was very rude to our children upon boarding, it was a good experience.

Everything went will with this, and the views were incredible! We might have been there the perfect night, but even we would have appreciated another wind-breaking layer. Bring covering for you ears as well, since they get cold. Stay up on top of the boat, so you enjoy the views as much as possible!
