Depart from Samana and head towards the Bay of Samana, scanning the waters for majestic Humpback Whales at the peak of mating season. Enjoy being out on the water and feel comfortable with snacks and drinks on board. Take photos of these large animals and learn important facts from your guide. Next, sail towards Bacardi Island or Cayo Levantado. Admire the turquoise waters and the white sand that surrounds the Island. Sit and relax on the warm beaches and bathe in the sun. Take the chance to dip into the serene waters and enjoy the rest of your day before heading back to the dock.

Travel across stunning tropical waters and enjoy delicious Dominican delicacies on this beautiful tour. Contemplate the historic artworks of the Indigenous Taíno people found in caves located in the beautiful Los Haitises National Park. Begin at Samana port where you will then take a catamaran or boat to pass Samana Bay. Arrive at the Los Haitises National Park, and visit the gorgeous rock islands and learn about about interpretations of Indigenous Taíno paintings at Linea Cave. After departing the ancient cave, take a boat across the beautiful waters to visit a charming beach and the Cueva de la Larena Cave. Finish the tour of the cave with a toast and take the boat back to Cayo Levantado. Once you have returned, enjoy a traditional Dominican buffet and relax at Cayo Levantado Beach.

We will meet you at Malecon in Samana at 8:30 AM (the exact meeting point and other details are provided in the confirmation message). First we go to observe the whales in their own habitat. After observation, we will go for a typical dominican lunch to Cayo Levantado Island. After lunch you will have free time to enjoy the beach, walk around the island, playing volleyball or just relaxing in the shadow. Around 4:30 PM we will return back to Samana community where the experience finish. Other things to note This is an experience to see close the whales. No swimming or touching them.
