Full description

Meet your tour guide and venture through 8-12 different sites around the city, each one spookier than the last, starting with the historical Salem Old Town Hall.

Continue down the eerie streets to explore the Old Burying Point Cemetery, a preserved burial ground that was established in 1637 where some prominent pilgrims and town officials were buried. This haunted tour takes you to different sites and reveals their true stories so that you can feel connected to the history that took place there.

Experiencing these stories while at the sites where they occurred is a truly unique experience that can’t be recreated by simply reading about their history.  During your tour, find out how Salem became the center for all haunted happenings. The phenomenon is partially explained by Salem’s rich history and the fact that many of its oldest structures and sites are preserved today, including the famed Witch House.

Salem’s commitment to preserving this history has made it a perfect spot for spirits to linger and for visitors to experience a connection with the past.

Our tour guide Greg was great. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. I initially took the tour because when in Salem you just have to. I was pretty skeptical that we would see anything. However after zooming in on some of my random pics I saw multiple images and orbs in different places. Even if you don’t believe in ghosts or spirits, take the tour for the stories and a great look at the city. It very much feels like ah adult version of ghost stories over a campfire mixed in with history and the occasional sighting it capture of images.

Fun activity while visiting Salem. Guide was very good at handling large group and keeping the pace up and yet interesting throughout the tour. My advice is to take the 60 minute tour. We did 90 minutes and the last half hour was rushed and only added three more stops. The last stop was the graveyard and it was a great place to wrap up a ghost tour, but I don’t think it was worth an extra $15. Note that we were in Salem during what was likely one of the busiest nights. Bravo for the tour guide, he was very good under a very busy schedule. I’d definitely recommend the tour.

Nate was our guide and he was awesome! He’s only been in Salem for a month but he was so knowledgeable about the town, and had great recommendations. We went to 3 of his food recommendations and enjoyed them all. We also loved his storytelling and his jokes. We definitely enjoyed our time.
