    Great guide, fun tour

I forget the tour guide's name. She was Ukrainian and a former baker so she had great insight to the bakeries and what goes into the process for creating artisanal bakery products. She was very knowledgeable. The tour leaned a bit more toward chocolate than bakery but both were covered well. Samples were plentiful and we had sufficient time to buy personal items and gifts

Great variety of food and history

Alex took a group of 6 of us. He was very knowledgeable and paced us well. The variety between the shops ranged from the highly branded to the local gem. We were able to sample one piece of chocolate or a pastry from each shop, so if you're with a group, slicing and sharing gave you even more of a taste. We did take a small break after the halfway point in a church square to snack, but also took advantage of a local fair for some savory food to cut the sugar high. I'd recommend this tour. Not stressful, good choice of shops and very friendly guide!

    Delicious, informative and fun tour!

This was a great way to see amazing shops in Paris that we did not know about. Having a guide that spoke French made everything smooth. We tasted great chocolates, pastries, jams, jellies, caramels, fruit jellies and baguettes. Our group was small, thank goodness, as the shops and sidewalks were small and we took up a big space. Our guide was very knowledgeable. But, we had remaining food items after our tour that she did not share with us at the end.
