An example of the itinerary you will follow: Day 1: Marrakech, Ouarzazate, Dades Valley Your driver will pick you up from your accommodation and you will set off on your 4 day adventure. Pass through the Tizi n'Tichka pass in the High Atlas mountains and from Marrakech to Ouarzazate you can enjoy the scenic route, the landscapes with changing colors and terrain and the Berber villages along the way. You will have free time to visit the Taourirt Kasbah in Ouarzazate and have lunch on site. Then, on to the green valley of Dadès and the valley of roses by the palm grove of Skoura. You will have dinner and stay overnight at a charming guest house in the valley. Day 2: Dades Valley, Todra Gorges, Dunes of Merzouga After breakfast, you will set off on the road to the 1000 Kasbahs, then check check out Tinghr with its magnificent palm groves. At Todra Gorge, the bravest explorers can trek along the canyon, 300 metres above the ground. Then continue towards Merzouga and the erg Chebbi dune in the Sahara desert. In the largest desert in the world, you can experience the sunset on the back of a camel as you ride towards the oasis where the camp is located. You may spend the night in the nomadic tents or under the stars and play music or sing along with the locals and become immersed in true nomadic culture. Day 3: Merzouga, Tazarine, Agdz, Ouarzazate Watch the sunrise over the dunes of erg Chebbi, followed by breakfast in the camp. Return to a hostel via camel trek for a quick shower then drive to Rissani, a small town in southern Saharan Morocco where you can stop to visit a fossil workshop, before continuing to the junction of the Drâa and Agdz valley. Enjoy a relaxing dinner and hotel stay in Ouarzazate. Day 4: Ouarzazate, Aït ben Haddou, Telouet, Marrakech Go on a tour of the movie sets and studios located in Ouarzazate: the "Hollywood of Africa". Visit the Ksar of Aït ben Haddou, a world heritage site. Aït ben Haddou has been used to date as a backdrop for more than twenty films, including "Gladiator", "Indiana Jones "and" Lawrence of Arabia ". Take advantage of this walk through the area to admire the traditional architecture of the kasbahs. Continue on home to Marrakech through the mountains.

2. From Marrakech: 3-Day Desert Trip to Merzouga

• Day 1: Marrakech - Tizi n'Tichka - Ait Benhaddou - Ouarzazate - Dades Valley Get picked up from your accommodation in Marrakech in the morning. Begin your journey to the Dades Gorges via the Tizi n'Tichka Atlas pass. Take in panoramic views across the mountains and traditional High Atlas Berber villages before arrival at Kasbah Ait Benhaddou. After exploring this UNESCO World Heritage Site, enjoy lunch in Ait Benhaddou or Ouarzazate, where you'll visit Kasbah Taourirt and the Atlas Cinema Studios. Continue to Dades Gorges though Roses and Dades Valley. Settle in for the night at a riad/hotel in Dades Gorges.  • Day 2: Dades Gorges - Tenghir - Todra Gorges - Tinjdad - Erfoud - Merzouga  After breakfast, depart for the Erg Chebbi Sahara Desert in Merzouga. Berber villages are scattered along the way, and you’ll pass through Todra Gorges, Tenhir, Tinjdad, Jorf, and Erfoud. Continue to a hotel in Merzouga. After relaxing for a while, take enough luggage for one night with you on a camel trek across the Erg Chebbi sand dunes. Upon arrival at the camp, leave the camels and walk to the highest dunes for sand boarding and to watch the sunset. Spend the night in Berber nomad tents under the stars, listening to drum music in the middle of the Sahara.  • Day 3: Camel trek back to Merzouga - Atlas Mountains - Marrakech  Wake up in the early morning to watch the sunrise over the dunes. Ride your camel back to Merzouga to have breakfast. Pick up the rest of your luggage and begin your journey back to Marrakech, this time traveling through different areas and Berber villages. Once in Ouarzazate, take the same road back to Marrakech, arriving in the evening.

3. From Fez: Marrakech via Merzouga 2 Day Desert Tour

Day 1 Fez -Ifrane - Midelt - Ziz valley- Merzouga Today, Pick up at 07.30 am from your hotel/riad. Travel from Fez to the Merzouga desert but this will not be any ordinary drive. Stop along the way at a number of enjoyable destinations. The first stop will be Ifrane, the alpine-style townhome to ski slopes and cedar forests situated in Morocco’s Middle Atlas Mountains to observe/feed the Barbary Monkey. Moving to the popular pitstop of Midelt (break for lunch) before carrying on through the lush green Ziz Valley and making a stop in Erfoud before reaching Merzouga. Upon arrival at Merzouga, transfer to the hotel to store your luggage, the camels will be waiting for you for a camel trekking experience (around 45 min). Enjoy the sunset on camelback to nomad tents where you will have dinner under the starry sky with a Berber folklore show (overnight desert camp). Day 2: Transfer Merzouga - Marrakech Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise on the Sahara dunes. After that, ride the camelback again to the riad/hotel for breakfast and a shower. Then, be ready for an amazing drive to Marrakech passing by, Kelaat Mgouna, Dades valley, sakura, and Ouarzazate. lunch at Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. Continue the trip crossing High Atlas Mountains, Tizi n’Tichka pass (2260 min altitude) while enjoying superb views and Berber Villages on the way. Finally, on arrival in Marrakech, transfer to your hotel or riad to end the Desert trip.

Day 1: Fes - Ifrane - Midelt Zizi Valley - Erg Chebbi Dunes The tour will depart from Fez and head towards the stunning green regions of the Middle Atlas. On the way, you'll get to see some marvellous views of the mountains as well as charming Berber villages. You'll also stop in Immouzer, a little mountain town where you'll have the chance to relax and take in the cool mountain air. Next, continue to Ifrane, sometimes known as ' The Little Moroccan Switzerland.' Gather around the campfire and enjoy a delicious meal before you sleep under the starry night sky. Day 2: Erg Chebbi Dunes - Rissani - Erfoud - Fez Start the day with an early morning camel trek and witness the remarkable beauty of the sunrise in the desert. Next, head back to a deluxe hotel in Merzouga to have breakfast and get some rest. Before heading to Rissani, the old market center, visit its authentic colorful souk and mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif, the founder of the Moroccan ruling Alaouite Dynasty. The following stop will be in Erfoud, Morocco's palm date and fossil capital. See the captivating old rocks and learn more about local life. Afterwards, head to Fez and stop in a Berber village on the way and have a delicious local dish for lunch. Once more, you will drive through the stunning landscapes of the Middle Atlas Mountains, before you are dropped back at your accommodation in Fez.

You will be met at the bus station or your hotel in Rissani or Merzouga, from there you will travel to a traditional Kasbah on the foot of the dunes of erg-chebbi. After a rest where you can enjoy some mint tea, a guide and camels will be waiting to carry you across the sandy dunes of the erg-chebbi. You will enjoy the beauty of the sunset while you ride a camel. After one hour you will reach the desert camp where you will spend the night in a Berber tent. At your desert shelter, your camels are hobbled and mint tea is served. After a wonderful dinner, you can take time to watch the stars, before returning to your tent for the night.  The next morning, get up early to watch the sunrise which just behind the Algerian border. Your tour will begin with pick-up from your hotel in Marrakesh at 7:30AM, before you depart to Ait Benhaddou over the high Atlas Mountains. You will pass through the Tizi N’tichka pass (2260 meters), and visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, stopping for lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will drive to Ouarzazate and stop near the Atlas Film Studios for a photo, before continuing to the city center for a panoramic view of the Kasbah of Taourirt. Following this, you will head to Boumalne du Dades for your first night, having dinner at your hotel. The next day, drive through the Dades Valley and Todra Gorges, allowing you to explore the sights of this region. Lunch can be taken at any restaurant of your choosing on your way. Arrive at Merzouga, where you will meet your camel to take you to the Dunes of Erg Chebbi, where you will spend your second night at a Berber desert camp. Day 1: At 8 AM, depart from your riad or hotel in Marrakech and set off for your first stop, the Aït Ben Haddou Kasbah. Take a scenic drive through the Tizi'n'Tichka pass in the High Atlas mountains and admire the breathtaking views along the way. When you arrive at the Kasbah take a stroll through this centuries-old site where Lawrence of Arabia was filmed. Cross the Anti Atlas Mountains and the High Atlas Mountains until you finally reach Marrakesh to end your beautiful adventure. Get dropped off back at your hotel between 6 - 7 PM.

After a short meet and greet with your driver you will be on your to your first location. Cross the High Atlas Mountains until you reach the Tizi N Tichka's pass (2250 meter altitude). As you drive through it you will get to see the beautiful Oases that seem to survive in this harsh habitat. Before reaching your final destination in Marrakech you will stop in Ouarzazate and enjoy a delicious lunch with panoramic views. After your lunch you will be returned to your accomodation in Marrakech.

Trip at the top!!!! Lovely driver... Change of scenery guaranteed!!!! The evening under the Berber tents was great with all the comforts including toilets and showers inside the tent. The meals were excellent and the hotel in Merzougga splendid. In short, go there with your eyes closed!!!!!!!! Thank you for everything.
