After being collected from your Colombo hotel at approximately 7:00AM, you will embark on a 3-4 hour journey to your white water rafting location. Once arriving at the Kelani River, your adventure water rafting experience will begin. After being assigned one of the modern rafts, you will receive a comprehensive safety briefing by a professional water rafting instructor. The distance you will cover is approximately 5-kilometers, and the river and its surrounding will make you feel enchanted, providing you with a memorable experience during your adventure water rafting tour in Kitulagala. On completion of the tour, you will be transferred to the Plantation Hotel for your well earned buffet lunch by the river. Following your lunch, you will be transferred on your approximately 4-hour journey back to Colombo.

After being collected from your Negombo hotel at approximately 7:00AM, you will embark on a 2 to 3-hour journey to your white water rafting location. Once arriving at the Kelani River, your adventure water rafting experience will begin. After being assigned one of the modern rafts, you will receive a comprehensive safety briefing by a professional water rafting instructor. The distance you will cover is approximately 5-kilometers, and the river and its surrounding will make you feel enchanted, providing you with a memorable experience during your adventure water rafting tour in Kitulagala. On completion of the tour, you will be transferred to the Plantation Hotel for a well earned buffet lunch by the river. Following your lunch, you will begin your 4-hour journey back to Negombo.

Day 1 YOUR HOTEL / BELIHULOYA 07:30 You will be picked up from your hotel in Negombo or other selected cities ( see the departure point) and driven approximately 4 hours to reach Belihuloya. Dinner and overnight Stay at Tree House Chalets. Day 2 06:00 Wake up early in the morning and experience the sunshine over the mountains whilst discovering the wonder of nature surrounded by the hotel. 07:30 Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel restaurant. 09:00 Following breakfast, your guide will take you through another memorable walking trail to a waterfall in the property premises. Tranquil dip in this natural rock pool. No harsh chemicals, just you, pure mountain water and natural stone. This is a marvelous creation of nature! (Involves a somewhat adventurous, challenging short climb walks). 11:30 Arrive back at the hotel and get refreshed before leaving back to your drop off location. Start your private tour around the magical island of Sri Lanka at Colombo International Airport. Meet your knowledgeable local driver and guide and get transported to your hotel in Colombo. Get a good night's sleep before embarking on your tour. After breakfast the following morning, head to an elephant orphanage in a small village and meet some of the gentle giants native to Sri Lanka. Learn how the center rehabilitates young elephants who have been displaced and readies them for re-entry to their natural habitat. Then head to the city of Kandy to tour a spice and herb garden. Get to know some of the most important local spices, including coriander, chili, cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg, and their uses. Afterwards, check out the fruits of some other local industries, including gem crafting, woodcarving, and batik. Finally, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, a UNESCO World Heritage Site which was built in the 16th century as the place of veneration and protection for Buddha’s sacred tooth. Walk through the beautifully embellished passageways and elaborate halls painted in red, cream, and black. Lounge against delicately carved pillars and marvel at the assortment of golden statues while your guide explains the historical and artistic significance of the temple. Return to your Colombo hotel afterwards.  On your second day, journey first to a turtle hatchery on the island's southwestern coast. Come face to face with these fascinating creatures and learn about their intricate life cycle. Then head to the Madu River for a boat safari. Pass through secret passages created by the mangrove trees and let your guide introduce you to the wonders of this flourishing ecosystem. After, continue on to Galle and explore the ancient colonial city where the Portuguese and Dutch made their headquarters at various points in history. Return to your hotel in Colombo. After breakfast, check out from the hotel and get transported back to the Colombo airport if you'll be leaving Sri Lanka after the tour.

Day 1: Bentota-Nuwara Eliya You will begin your journey at 6:00AM from your hotel in Bentota where you will be met by your friendly chauffeur guide. After exchanging formalities at the hotel, you will be escorted to your air-conditioned vehicle in which you will proceed to Kitulgala, the location for your whitewater rafting. This whitewater rafting adventure activity lasts about 2 hours, after which you will then check in to your hotel. After resting up at your hotel, you will visit a tea factory and receive a guided tour through a tea estate where you will learn more about the varieties, processing methods and qualities of tea. At the completion of this tour, you will return to your hotel to rest for the night. Day 2: Nuwara Eliya-Horton Plains-Bentota Early in the morning you will proceed to the Horton Plains National Park to go on a lovely hike. You will visit the national park in Ohiya, with its mountainous grasslands and cloud forests. You can enjoy the majestic views from the precipice of "World's End", and the cooling sprays from Baker's Falls. If your lucky, you can also catch glimpses of the many endemic fauna that make their home in these plains. Your guide will also explain to your about the archaeological finds that were discovered in this particular area. On completion of your trek, you will return to the hotel to relax, before checking out and proceeding to your hotel in Bentota.
