It is a beautifully designed building with sculptures and craftsmanship of the highest quality. The furnishings were sumptuous with paintings of the highest quality. Its history, being trans-formed from Town Hall to Palace, is fascinating and illustrates the great changes in Amsterdam's growth. Well worth a visit.

You have to see the palace! Doesn't look so great from the outside, but the premises are fascinating and amazingly beautiful!
