  • Meet some beautiful and friendly huskies
  • Enjoy a husky sled ride through wintery scenery
  • Be the musher and drive your own sled
Full description

Meet and mush with your new howling, furry friends on this safari adventure. Huskies are one of the most beloved animals of the North, and you’ll understand why as soon as you meet the pack. Pet them, pose with them for photos, and listen to stories about their lives.   Then, take a 5- to 10-kilometer long husky sled ride, where you get to be the musher yourself. This means you can control the pack of huskies towing the sled.

The dogs absolutely love pulling loads and running on the trail across the forests. Feel the thrill of the ride and the cool wind on your face as you tear through the forests.   Finish off with a hot drink before saying goodbye to your new friends.

The husky adventure was a lot of fun. A driver change will be offered halfway through the journey. The ride itself was fun, but relatively monotonous. Basically you drive the same route over and over again on a frozen lake. A little more variety would have been nice. At the end of the ride you get a hot drink and you have enough time to interact with the dogs, for example to take photos. The supplier's overalls are highly recommended for staying warm and protecting your own clothes from dog hair and odors. Despite the steep price, it is worth an experience.

The entire experience was awesome. Pickup at selected pickup points was provided. Outerwear and shoes were included as well. After a short briefing, we went on having 2 big laps around the frozen lake. Could have been better if the day is still bright! We then went into a tent and hot berry juice was provided, followed by photo takings and pettings with the huskies! They were lovely!

It was a really great experience. After a short briefing, we started with a big lap on the frozen lake. We had enough time to take photos/videos and the guides also took photos of each sled at the driver change. We went back through a small piece of forest and then in the camp we had enough time to deal with the huskies, pet them, take more photos and learn more about the animals (for example, we have the names of the animals that pull us had to experience). In the Kota there was hot juice and very nice conversations with our guide - who, in addition to very young dogs, also brought his own husky into the "tent". Shoes, warm socks and winter overalls were included - overalls recommended if you don't want your clothes to smell of dogs. ;) Many thanks to our guides, who enriched this great experience with their very warm and nice manner!
