Get your hands doughy on a quest for pasta perfection with this hands-on cooking course and walking tour in Rome. Make traditional pasta with three sauces and a sweet tiramisu for dessert. Savor all your cooking with drinks at the end of class. 

Meet your host and walk to the venue for your cooking course. Be greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly, tea, or coffee. Get to know your host a little before focusing on the food. 

Start to prepare your pasta using fresh local ingredients. Use egg and flour to beat and shape fresh pasta from a simple dough. Cut your pasta into fine strips of fettuccini. 

Make traditional pasta with three sauces and enjoy a sweet Tiramisu for dessert. Discover culinary methods and traditions that have been passed down through generations during the food making process. 

Once the hard work is done, sit together as a group and enjoy all the wonderful food you have produced in a fine Roman meal. Listen to stories of traditional foods and the people behind them as you eat your food and sip on some alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Thoroughly enjoyed this class. Marzia who ran the class was utterly lovely and gave us lots of tips and advice and made the class a real pleasure. Excellent value for money. Delicious pasta, tiramisu, wine and limoncello. Couldn’t ask for more. Has definitely inspired me to practice at home as soon as I get back.

this class was incredible! our teacher was amazing and made sure we all knew what we were doing without any judgement. the tiramasu was just amazing and the pasta was over the moon. we had the carbonara and it was perfect. I'd give this class 100 stars if I could. TAKE THIS CLASS YOU WONT REGRET IT

This was a real treat for my wife and I. Fedo, our chef, and Delilah, his assistant were great. Fedo was kind and patient, as he instructed us in the making of Terramisu (which had to be completed and refrigerated first, in order to have it as our dessert), and how to make pasta from scratch (with flour and egg). After making the pasta, we were shown how to make both Cache y Pepe and Carbonara sauces. They even provided us with the recipes for everything we made. Needless to say, lunch was awesome.
