Full description
Explore Rome via a unique mode of transport and see more of the city than you would on foot. During a 3-hour sightseeing tour by street legal golf cart, you will make easy work of the Eternal City, and even visit hidden gems, such as the Aventine and Celio hills, not usually included on walking tours. Departing from Piazza del Popolo, in front of the "twin" churches of Santa Maria in Montesanto and Santa Maria dei Miracoli, set off for Rome’s historic center and see sights such as the baroque Trevi Fountain. According to legend, if you throw a coin in the fountain you are guaranteed to one day return to Rome. You will also pass Piazza Barberini, Piazza Colonna, named for the marble Column of the Roman Marcus Aurelius, and Piazza Venezia, the very center of Rome dominated by the Victor Emmanuel II monument to a unified Italy. Drive to lesser known gems, such as Celio Hill, site of the beautiful villa and gardens of Villa Celimontana and the ancient basilicas of Santo Stefano Rotondo and Santi Giovanni e Paolo. And explore Aventine Hill, home to the Knights of Malta, city rose garden, and a fragrant orange grove. Tours are tailored to client’s wishes and all itineraries are suggestions. The purpose is to give you an idea of what one can see during a tour in a golf cart, and what the tour can cover starting and ending from the Piazza del Popolo.

Rodrigo is extremely knowledgeable and so entertaining to listen to. He was enthusiastic and made the day so much fun. He brought us to places we have never been to before in Roma! I was so happy to share these incredible sites with my family! This is a must. Make sure to Ask for Rodrigo.

We were late arriving from the airport, but the company was accommodating. Antonio was great! The tour was great, we would recommend giving the tour operators a microphone head set cause at times he was hard to hear. But apart from that very knowledgeable. You get to see all of Rome!

A really fantastic introduction to Rome. Thorough, comprehensive: we saw the ‘big ticket’ items like trevi fountain, spanish steps, pantheon, borghese gardens etc and also a number of smaller, lesser known sights. Our guide, Chiara, was incredible. Friendly, engaging, very knowledgeable.
