A tremendous dining experience with the best guide one could possibly ask for. We got paired with other couples and families and we were able to connect while enjoying the wonderful food Rome had to offer. From the small dishes and the final gelato, it was a filling and educational experience. I cannot wait to do another when we come back.

An incredibly informative and delicious outing, the feeling of being in the kitchens of the Romans and their secrets. You taste the best of ingredients and dishes with the wonderful explanations of Tatiana so enthusiastic and passionate. The clichés are there but amazing like the very different Roman pizza from Naples. I personally really liked the balsamic soul, equal to my passion for Italian perfumes. Tatiana will make you taste everything unconditionally, except that of food allergy, and for me the prosecco has flowed afloat. The shy people end up fitting in easily and at the end of the day around the big table, you might think you are with friends! And thank you very much for a truly unforgettable moment of generosity and sharing! Understanding a little English is necessary but not super important, exchanges can be done in all languages, no worries about that. There were Poles, New Zealanders. Very strongly recommended therefore!

A great time with our guide Louisa. We tasted the essential products of Italy: Mozzarella, Pesto, charcuterie, pizza or pasta, in short, good, excellent products even in nice places. Louisa is a warm, pleasant, funny guide who knows her subject very well. Very good explanations of the products and their origins are enriched with nice anecdotes. A group of 12 people of different nationalities which allows us a friendly and diversified exchange. Only downside, the excursion is in English and if Damien had not been there to translate us into French the outing would not have been so interesting. But frankly, an original and very nice excursion. I recommend with your eyes closed.
