Overall the tour was good and what we expected. We did it to just get an overview of the city and figure out what we wanted to see it he upcoming days that we had left. I will warn you that it is difficult to get in the busses at times and certain locations because there are not many that get off the bus. We waited I initially for one stop and ended up walking to another to get on. It could have been more busy since one of the other bus lines didn’t run on certain days and this was one of them. I will say there was a great guy at the Vatican stop who was organizing everyone waiting and socializing-which really helped. It was great customer service!!

I would recommend this for first-timers in the city, just to get a glimpse of the landmarks and their locations. It was meant for just continuous ride. When you hop-on and off, especially when you go on a guided tour per location, it’s hard locating the bus stop and tracking on when the next bus will arrive was harder since there are not so many buses are in motion (due to the limited tourists).

Well suited for a first overview of the most important sights and their distances, unfortunately only usable until 6 p.m., not so ideal in summer, as the temperatures are only more pleasant towards the evening for a journey of discovery through the city, it would be better to offer trips until 8 p.m. , The information about the individual sights is very textbook-like, needs to be revised in my opinion, if you are good on foot you should definitely only book a day ticket, as most of the things can be easily reached on foot after an initial overview and the buses only until 6 p.m. ride. The 48 hour ticket is simply too expensive for that. All in all, good if you are not a good walker.
