Full description

Experience the history of one of Italy’s most storied cities: Naples. Departing from Rome’s Termini Station, travel by high-speed train and explore ancient Naples on a guided-walking tour. See the Roman Theater Neapolis, Spaccanapoli, and the shops on Via San Gregorio Armeno.

Begin the experience by meeting your tour guide at Termini railway station and getting your round-trip tickets. Then board the high-speed train to Naples: the journey takes approximately 75 minutes.

After arriving in Naples, follow a guided tour of the historic center, the vibrant heart of Naples. Your guide will lead the way through the streets and alleys of the downtown area, passing monumental churches, archaeological remains, historical bookshops, and the smell of mouth watering pizza.

Next, stroll along the street called Spaccanapoli (Naples splitter), which gained its name as it divides the town in two parts. Admire the many craft shops of via San Gregorio Armeno, known all over the world for its production of nativity scenes.

After the guided tour, continue the visit of the city at your convenience. At the end of the day, travel back to Rome in the comfort of a train.
