Discover the beauty of the island of Capri on this guided trip from Rome. Cross the Gulf of Naples and enjoy views of Mount Vesuvius, the Faraglioni, and more. Stop on the island for free time to explore, shop, and eat.

Departing from Rome Termini station, make your way to Naples by high-speed train, where your driver will be waiting for you. Meet your driver and hop in the vehicle for a drive to the port, where your boat tour begins. During your boat tour, cross the Gulf of Naples and admire the beauty of the majestic Mount Vesuvius. Enter the breathtaking Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto, and the Green Grotto.

Along the way, see sights such as the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the Lighthouse of Punta Carena, and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. Later, enjoy a walking tour of Capri and Anacapri and see the main sights of each town. Stop for lunch at a traditional restaurant and get the chance to sample typical Capri cuisine.

Before your departure, enjoy some free time for shopping and exploring the island at your own pace. Upon your return to Naples, you will make your own way back to Rome by high-speed train.

We had a lovely day except it rained all day which made it a bit miserable. Our guide showed us where to have lunch but it was so busy we had to continually ask to be served. There was no where to shelter from the rain as were told we could not stand in front of any shops. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful when questions were asked. It was just a shame about the weather.
