1)There was no representative waiting in front of the castle at the appointed time with a sign for the travel company. I had to telephone and get directions to find security and to enter the castle by myself. 2)This was advertised as a 4-hour experience. The museum guides rushed everyone through the Apostolic Palace in 45 minutes, then rushed us to the golf carts, then careened around the gardens in 45 minutes, passing everything so quickly that it was nearly impossible to hold a camera and a listening device while hanging onto the seat in front of you so you didn’t fall out. Only 90 minutes total. 3)The price for this tour was about $48. On the Vatican Museum website, it is about $20. I got nothing extra for the additional cost. I want a refund of the difference. This tour was falsely advertised and a rip-off. Will never use this company again.
