Beautiful day outdoors. However, there are several climbs .. the first right at the start ... quite challenging if you are not trained. In that case, my advice is pedal assisted bikes ... Unfortunately, the refreshment points and drinking fountains are not present in the second part of the route. Or at least we haven't found any. At least 1 source in the end it would take. Otherwise the bikes were in very good condition and the staff were helpful. If you are willing to put in some effort I recommend it. I would do it again .. Maybe with ebike

This was incredible! We had a very smooth experience with the operators in the bike shop and they were very accommodating to our daughter, who didn't fit the bike they had initially chosen for her. The ride was beautiful and very historically fascinating. It was 95 degrees outside, but we made it all the way to the aqueduct. When we returned, the bike shop operators kindly called a taxi for our return to Rome. Awesome.

Great activity to spend time away from the busy city. Picking the bikes up for our family of four was easy. We took a taxi there from the city center and staff called a taxi for us to get back. Be prepared for a bumpy ride on parts of the road! Plenty of interesting places to stop, plus water and shade along the way.
