Discover many fascinating archaeological and geological features on the peninsula and see its diverse wildlife, including the famous seal colony.  Walk along the reserve’s peninsula and explore a variety of natural environments from coastal fynbos, staggering coastal cliffs, and beautiful beaches. Visit Nelsons Cave, an important archeological site that bears evidence of thousands of years of human and animal habitation. Witness the numerous seals frolicking in the waves that gave Robberg (Seal Hill) its name. Look out into the distance to spot dolphins and sharks in the ocean from the vantage of the sea cliffs. Get a chance to see one of the more than 100 species of birds, small antelope, and the elusive Cape Clawless Otter.  Take in the spectacular views of the Cape Coast. Admire the Plettenberg Bay stretching for km below the Tsitsikamma Mountains and to the South the coastal scenery unfolding towards Knysna.
