What people are saying about Riviera Nayarit

My wife and I took the horseback riding tour, and it was one of the best parts of our honeymoon trip. We were picked up in Sayulita, and taken to the Villa Paraíso ranch in Higuera Blanca. Our guide Micho took the tour to the next level. He told us all about the flora and fauna in the area and happily answered all of our questions. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to take pictures at the ranch but not during the ride for safety, which is understandable once you get on the horses. The photographer was great, and we were able to purchase a USB with the pictures for $800 pesos/about $40 usd. Pesos are easier, but they will take usd/cards with a fee. The food was great as well. You have to try the limonada! The ranch is truly a piece of paradise, and we really enjoyed are time there. Highly recommend Villa Paraíso!!

MARGOT was very helpful at the center . I was very impressed that even when I was late arriving because I made a mistake on which ranch i was going to . One ranch contacted the other and arranged for transportation . My guide PEDRO was a very good horseman and spoke very good english . He explained the history of the ranch and the area as we rode . The trails were very nice and relaxing . The only bad thing about the ride was it ended . But then I can always ride all day ...

Very well organised, pick up was on time and reliable. The ranch was excellent, horses where immaculate, well trained and calm. We had tequila tasting which was fabulous and entertaining. Food was very good. We saw other wild life at the ranch which was a good experience.

Absolutely beautiful & peaceful trip through the lush vegetation of Mexico... would recommend to anyone! bonus: all the employes & ranch owners were very friendly (wear socks or shoes that cover your ankles to avoid friction from the strirrups)

The guides we very nice. The horses were very well trained and looked like they were taken good care of. They also let us run on the beach as fast as could! The tequila guy was very entertaining. Good fun!!
