Didn't advertise before we booked that it would be a 2hr coach journey to get to the boat from where we were based. I would say that the trip was overbooked as there weren't enough seats for everyone to sit down. The compare spoke so fast to the point it was hard to understand him plus his English wasn't very good. I had stated that a member of our party was gluten-free and was advised that there would be GF food. What we didn't know was that it was only naturally free GF food so basically fruit and salad which isn't good enough for the price paid.

We had a great time. US Mujeres was very crowded but sitting on North beach made up for it. Isla Contoy was the highlight of the trip. We could have skipped Isla Mujeres and spent all our time there. Beautiful beach. The crew were excellent. They took care of everybody and had us all singing on the way home. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone.

The tour was excellent - Isla Contoy is not to be missed. A tropical paradise! So many animals, beautiful beach and clear waters. Not touristy at all as its a national park. Loved it!

Had an amazing time. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Alexis was a great tour guide and was super friendly!

Amazing staff. Great value value for money. Isla Contoy is absolutely beautiful!
