This was an excellent tour! Not only do you get to sample a range of unique Brazilian foods that you might not otherwise, the tour takes you through three interesting neighbourhoods. Our guide Camila was extremely personable and really passionate about Brazilian food and history. This tour really is an experience and we felt that we learned a lot about Rio and Brazilian culture while eating delicious food. Definitely recommend!

Worthwhile few hours, chance to see what goes on behind the scenes: If not in Rio for the carnival, an opportunity to better understand the 'Carnival Process', along with a bit of fun putting on carnival costumes. You are in Rio to be a tourist: This was fun and interesting and supports the local community.

Genuine experience. You get to know a lot about samba and carnival! Totally with the price, all the funds are distributed to an NGO.

It was so interesting and super fun! We want to come back to participate in Carnival next year!

Good backstage information about the carnival and history associated with it…good fun too
