After a one-hour vehicle ride, visit Marco's coffee shop in a local market for an amazing coffee/tea. Afterward, we’ll jump right to the action of our Rieti Valley trails. There are numerous hidden routes, from beginner to advanced singletrack or trails so according to the skill level of our group. Plenty of opportunities to take scenic photos of the super famous St Francis Way but with me we’ll reach those stops from the back door, using beautiful bike trails through lakes and 360y old oak trees forest that walkers can’t reach. Valley trails you wouldn't find and see without me as your guide. Next, we'll stop at a favorite local farm restaurant to meet Marinella at her Villa from the 15th century to hear lots of secret stories of the Medieval Valley while we eat. Finally, say goodbye at Terni Train station.

After a one-hour vehicle ride, we'll visit Marco's coffee shop in a local market for an amazing coffee/tea. After a short safety briefing and paddling technique session on calm waters, set off for an exploration of the beautiful nature in the historical Velino’s river. Throughout the tour there is a possibility to swim and learn how to face the rapid. Rieti is an excellent location for new paddlers to experience packrafting for the first time, or for experienced packrafters to enjoy a stunning paddle through the scenic green waterways. No packraft experience is needed to enjoy the tour, as patient guides will be with you every step of the way. Afterward, we'll stop by the Roman bridge that enters to the medieval town of Rieti, considered an important central location since Roman times. The cathedral of Rieti’s construction began in 1109 at a sight of an ancient basilica. In the 17th century, the cathedral was almost totally rebuilt. The bell tower of the cathedral is very exquisite, it dates back to the 13th century and is Romanesque in style. Next, passing by another medieval experience, the cozy village of Contigliano to then stop at our last stop of the tour at the family-run agriturismo to eat their olive oil and own farm’s food production. Your tour ends at the Terni train station where we say goodbye.

Enjoying a beautiful scenic drive through Lake Piediluco before reaching Marmore Falls. Once on location, we will hike 2 of 5 different trail loops on well-established paths, suitable for beginner and seasoned hikers alike. Emotions come alive as we venture behind a jump of 167m waterfalls, which is unique as is the highest in Europe. We’ll reach different vantage points. From the balcony of lovers at the end of a short tunnel excavated in the rock, we can even touch the water of the first and most impressive jump. A true immersion in a unique emotion. 4. From Rome: E-Bike Culinary Tour with Vineyard Farm Visit

Embark on a countryside e-bike ride through the Rieti Valley of Umbria, enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Then, head to Labro for a ride through the beautiful village, finally arriving at Cantina La Macchie for a tasting of wine, cheese, and cured meats. Meet in central Rome and take a one-hour vehicle ride to the bike base. Get set up on your e-bike and head off on the trail through the Rieti Valley to Piediluco Lake in Umbria. The trail chosen will be adapted to the skill level of our group. Next, head to Labro Castle and walk through this beautifully restored medieval village. Admire the views of the church, the castle, the theatre, and the charming streets of this picturesque area. Take scenic photos of the St Francis Way through the Ripasottile Lake District and the ancient and stately Roman villa of the 1st century AD. Lastly, arrive at Cantina Le Macchie for a visit to their cellar, vineyards, and winery. Enjoy a glass of wine accompanied by a small tasting of cheese, and cured meats from the area, Then, be escorted to the train station in Terni for a return journey to Rome.
