150usd is really overpriced since one girl get the package at half of the price from the street another guy also get a cheaper package from other website. Good thing is we did go around in a van in a smaller (24 pax) group but I was really hoping for 12-pax group with the price I was paying. Anyway, for this trip, smaller group is really recommended because at the pink lake we will need to take turn to go up the viewing tower and also to take picture with crocodiles at the crocodile farm. We were split into groups of six on the boats at the Biosphere Reserve so group size doesn't really matter for this activity. Las Coloradas lake was really pink! The pink will be more striking in sunny day. However, we took the basic package which allow us to access to only one lake. There are 15 pink lakes altogether but we will need to buy the safari package to enjoy (take picture between two pink lakes) them, which of course is impossible due to the time limitation of the tour.

The trip was well planned and was a lot of fun. However, we didn't go with a small group (as it says in the description) but with a full coach. The visit to the lake and the boat trip were very good and there was enough time to look around and take photos. The lunch was very tasty but the drinks all had to be paid for by yourself. Everyone was only given a small bottle of water throughout the trip. Finally we were on a crocodile farm instead of the advertised Mayan ruins. There you could take pictures with crocodiles of any size. However, the natural habitat of the animals was not taken into account. In the end the excursion was very exciting and we saw everything we wanted to see. The only major point of criticism is the number of participants, as we specifically looked for a smaller group.

Interesting variety of activities but found walking across the salt plains a little hard going. Visit to crocodile conservation project might make some folk uncomfortable as crocodiles’ jaws taped shut so visitors can handle them.

The Tour was awesome, though it’s quite a distance from cancun , the tour guides were very friendly, Palo, Angle and Alex . I recommend but know it’s not organic as it’s a salt factory.

This tour was amazing! The guide, frank was amazing. So much energy, so fun and so personable. The lakes are beautiful and the experience was incredible. Thank you.
