Everything was exactly as promised. The pickup was on time, everything went exactly as promised. The visit is a story in itself, but so worth getting a reminder of how cruel we humans can be, so history never repeats itself. Travel time from Krakow is approx. 1h 15min and it takes approx. half an hour to move between Auschwitz and Birkenau. The guide on site was very good in English and very knowledgeable. Recommend.

Everything worked well - from pick-up and the entire stay at Auschwitz-Birkenau until we were dropped off. Lunch consisted of sandwiches/a bar/fruit and water, which was easy to get in as everything runs at a fairly high pace.

Great trip! We were a very small group, the trip was smooth and overall enjoyable. It felt more personal. Keiko, our tour guide, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely book with them again!

Our tour guide was great, and we met some great people along the way. Loved the restaurant and the wine at the wine tasting was phenomenal.

Very beautiful cruise tour and cable car journey. Lunch also great
