Unfortunately we didn't get any further information about the pick-up and had to call around on the day of the activity. Then the transfer worked great! The staff were friendly, but all only spoke English, although we booked "German". The quad tour was super fun and we got beautiful views over Reykjavik! Our guide Ryan was great too and was able to tell a lot about Iceland and Reykjavik!

Everything was slick and professional. Our pickup was waiting for us early, all the Quads were ready, clothing, helmets and gloves were all ready etc. Clothing was nice and warm, everything was clean and smelt fresh. Being a biker myself I know things like helmet liners and gloves soon start to smell so I know they're on top of their hygiene / house keeping. The introduction to the Quads was quick and easy and then we were out on the road. There were two guides. One at the front with 5 Quads behind him, then another guide with another 4 or 5 Quads behind him. So it wasn't a huge group and it meant if we got separated at roundabouts or junctions there was always a guide to help with directions. The views were incredible. The route was technical enough to showcase the abilities of the Quads without being too much for beginners. There were a couple of little streams, some steeper climbs / descents etc. Overall a really good route (which they change according to weather / snow etc).

Amazing from start to finish! The tour guides Sven and Tomas were outstanding, very chatty and very friendly. Pick up was on time & easy to locate. The quad ride itself was fantastic, amazing views and great fun riding the quads. Offered free tea and coffee after the tour to warm up. All equipment is provided including overalls, gloves and helmets. Highly highly recommend this trip!!
