Excellent friendly and knowledgeable tour guides. Happy to wait for slower members of the group. It is a little strenuous but my 9 year old daughter managed it and we had a couple of 70 yr olds too that made it no problem. The volcano is not active now but beautiful scenery nonetheless, great to see the snow melting and steam rising from the lava fields which have not yet cooled fully. The guides also took us to some dramatic coastal places on the way back for great photo opportunities as an added bonus. Highly recommend it but wrap up warm!

The volcano is absolutely boring with just black stones. But 5 star rate is for guide's suggestion about "today is a very very very good day to watch the northern light". Then I ordered the tour for aururo that night, even though it is a rainy day. However, the aurura is truly show up, and it is so strong and beautiful!!! So lucky to meet this guide and get right suggestions from him. Thank him.

We had 5 adults hiking and pick up was very prompt. The van was comfortable and the hike was moderately difficult. Our guide kept track of us and made safety recommendations and also helped us with pics of the group. It made the hike very relaxed and fun. The lava field was our favorite part.
