Bus was 25 minutes late leaving the terminal. Not what you want at 10pm on a cold night. Did not see the Northern Lights. Was a bit disappointed that 3 buses off loaded the passengers in a small car park and we all had to crowd around the buses to watch for the lights.

Guide and driver at the top! We drive about thirty minutes, the bus is great (new, usb socket) they explain the settings to take pictures, they also take pictures of us in front of the aurora! And we had the chance to see some, a little shy but we saw some! I recommend!!

We had an extremely friendly and fun tour guide called Jac. We thought we were going to be unlucky on viewing the northern lights as we waited for the duration of the tour without any luck. Jac was so eager for us to see the lights that he took us in convoy to a second location as an extra attempt, sadly we didn’t see the lights there either. However, as soon as we left the second location Jac noticed the lights starting to appear and promptly pulled the convoy over in a safe lay-by to let us get off the bus and take pictures. Jac stood outside to take pictures of everyone (45 people plus) in freezing cold temperatures and gale force winds. He stayed outside until everyone got a great picture and didn’t complain once! This was a great tour with a great result and I couldn’t recommend it more!
