Well organised and simple pick up process. Guide was enthusiastic and down to earth - easy to ask questions and super friendly. Bus had wifi and kept those of us comfy warm who needed breaks on the bus while waiting for the lights to come out. We had no luck for 2hrs and were heading back to Reykjavik when the lights came out. Driver was lovely enough to pull over and we all got great pics of them - also the guide took pics for us free of charge and uploaded for us to keep.

Absolutely amazing! We went on our first night in Iceland (29th Dec) and were lucky enough to see the lights. It was the most surreal experience and something we will remember forever. Thank you to our wonderful tour guide who was so friendly and informative. A fantastic trip.

I cannot blame the fact I was exhausted after a day of travelling on the late excursion but apart from that, the tour was great. The bud came on time and the guide was very engaging and explained apt about the Northern Lights and why we may or many not see them. We were lucky to see them after waiting for around 1.5 hours in a cold field but it was totally worth it and what we came for! The whole excursion was run very well by REIS. My only issue about the tours we have done so far is that the seat space is very small and uncomfortable with my knees rubbing against the seat in front. I know they need to get many on the trip but I’m sure reducing a few seats for overall comfort would improve on this issue.
