No tour guide was included in this tour, but coach driver was friendly. Straight from Reykjavik to the snowmobiling (via a service station) One hour snowmobiling, 30 mins up and down, driven in a monster truck. Snowmobile staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Saw a few beautiful waterfalls on the return to Reykjavík. Excellent trip and great value for money. Might do a south coast tour without an activity as you can see more. But if you can snowmobiling is a must.

The bus was on time and the staff at the terminal directed us to the correct driver. It is a long drive but the scenery was so beautiful time passed quickly. The snowmobile tour was excellent, a real highlight of our trip, fun to drive and plenty of time to see the glacier. The stories the guides tell make it all extra special. Stopping at the three waterfalls on the way home broke up the journey and we’re great to see as part of such a long trip.

An experience to never forget! Despite the horrendous weather conditions our driver Marti got us to the base camp ready to get geared up for an unforgettable adventure! Climbing 900ft above sea level onto the glacier … snow blizzards & reduced visibility didn’t stop us from having the most thrilling adventure! An added bonus of some off roading in the 4x4 on the way back down due to our monster truck getting stuck in the snow! The most exciting adventurous day. And a massive well done to Marti on his phenomenal driving skills …. Icelandic weather is crazy!!
