Experience the natural wonders of Iceland as you glide over snowfields on a snowmobile, explore an ice cave, and soak in the hot springs. Drive through the Geysir Hot Spring area with its boiling mud pits and spouting hot springs.

Then, head straight toward Langjökull Glacier for a snowmobile tour across Europe’s second-largest glacier. Continue to a glacial ice cave, going over 300 feet deep into the ancient ice, and marvel at the layers of ash from past volcanic eruptions.

We were told in advance that the ice cave had collapsed so wouldn’t be part of our tour so we were kept fully informed. The snow mobiling was amazing the views were stunning. We got picked up in a big snow truck which was fun. It’s about 2 hours to the glacier, we love watching the scenery but know some people don’t like to travel far so to be aware of that before you book. The secret lagoon is lovely and much less touristy than the blue lagoon.

Snow mobile was a lot of fun. We did not get to go to the ice cave. Not really an explanation of why, the guide said people were checking it out and we never heard anymore. The secret lagoon was good, nice and warm. Very crowded for a winter's afternoon.

After the initial confusion over pick up points (no pick up details were sent to us but it may have been due to us booking this the day before the tour) it was a fun and enjoyable tour. Gunni was an excellent guide with plenty of stories and anecdotes which made the trip even more enjoyable. Snowmobiling was the best part of the trip although the Secret Lagoon was a great experience too (better than the blue lagoon for us). Just a shame we couldn’t explore the ice caves due to bad weather which we were very much looking forward to. Awesome wheels too in a pimped up Mercedes Sprinter!
