We visited before travelling onwards to the airport the facilities at the blue lagoon were fantastic. We put our cases in the luggage building before walking over to the main building where we were met by staff who couldn’t do enough to help and made us feel so welcome. The lagoon itself was stunning it was such a fantastic experience and fabulous way to relax before flying home. There are hairdryers towels shampoo conditioner etc and even bags to put your wet costumes in…..we then had lunch in the cafe before grabbing our cases and hoping on the bus to the airport. A must

We had a good couple of hours at the Blue Lagoon. However, it was very busy when we arrived and although we had pre-booked we had to wait nearly an hour before entry. The staff were very apologetic and give us free coffee, ice lollies and free products as an apology. It is very well organised and altogether busy, it didn't seem that way. It is a bit overpriced compared to similar spas I have been to in other countries. Would still recommend it.

There was a lot of people in the parking lot, but you don't notice that inside. Checking in goes smoothly, there are plenty of changing rooms (also with a door if you want more privacy), lockers and showers. Once in the lagoon you don't feel crowded because it is so big. The water is really nice and warm! Payment is easy with your wristband that you receive at check-in, so you don't need to have any money with you. You then pay when you leave the lagoon with your bank card or visa. It is very easy to book through getyourgide and children up to and including 13 years of age do not have to be booked, they are free.
