Hello, the guide had no voice... certainly very good for a group of 5 people but not at all suitable for a group of 25 people that we were. Why not provide headsets, so much more comfort for everyone, both for the guide and for the customers. Suddenly the visit was not at all a good time.

Very interesting. The guide knew how to make this visit very lively.
