Hurghada: Desert Star-Watching Adventure by Jeep with Dinner

1. Hurghada: Desert Star-Watching Adventure by Jeep with Dinner

You'll begin by traveling from your hotel by jeep to the tour starting point. Once there, you will venture for 26 kilometers into the picturesque desert of Hurghada. You'll drive through the sunset observation area until you reach a Bedouin camp, and once at your Bedouin tent you will begin a camel riding session for 15 minutes. Following that, receive a cool and refreshing welcome drink as well as a herbal Bedouin tea. You will then travel with your guide to experience traditional Bedouin life, after which you will enjoy a Bedouin buffet dinner with romantic candles. After dinner, relish the tranquility of the desert whilst watching millions of stars in a calm atmosphere away from the noise of the city. Your guide will then take you on a trip to the edge of the universe to enjoy the vision of the distant milky way represented through the stars. You will have then the opportunity to see some of the planets, and will also learn exciting information about space and star science. Once you are done admiring the stars, you will be driven back to your hotel by Jeep.

What people are saying about Red Sea Governorate

A very nice and leisurely tour in the desert evening. Well, on the journey over 20 km of slopes you get shaken up well, but something like this costs 5 € at every fair in Germany. I really enjoyed the sunset on the house hill. We sat on soft cushions with tea and dates and listened to Mohamed's explanations. Exciting. A great travel guide, which he later proved when he was explaining the stars. We then walked back into the dark on the Wüstenfatm (15 minutes), where delicious food awaited us. Good. Stargazing is not for astronomers, but as a layman and tourist I liked it very much. Oh yes. You could ride a camel if you wanted to. You can do it, but you don't have to. What I found very good about this tour was that there was no folklore spectacle.

Was very cool. However, very cold, luckily I was well supplied with warm tea. I got a lot of information about the Sahara, animals, stars and life in the desert. However, it is not an observatory but a large telescope

Really a great tour. From the sunset, the food to the star watching part. A great tour not only for couples but also for singles.

Very good activity. Guide very knowledgeable of the sky and the desert. Excellent meal. Highly recommended.

Everything was great! Very competent guide and great group.
