The tour was good.

However, our guide didn't tell us when we had reached our stop at the end of the tour and we didn't get off. He had been advised at least 3 times where we needed to get off. We are elderly and expected to be taken care of a little bit better. It was rush hour so they couldn't take us back to the stop so we were put in a taxi that quickly ate up $2.00 for one block. We got out and went to the Hilton close by and the Consierge Desk was able to help us. We had dinner and he put us in the taxi at the Hilton to take us home about an hour later.

The tour was great, our guide Carlos did a great job !!! At the center itself you have enough time, the only criticism (and therefore only 4 instead of 5 points) is that you at the crater only 35 min. has, we found too little honest. 1 hour or 1.5 hours would be better :) Great was also that we had the opportunity to choose the drop off at the Plaza Forch, so we did not have late night still looking for a taxi to hostel.

The bus was very punctual in the collection and transfer, in addition to being very comfortable. THE guide very attentive and knowledgeable. The place is a closed tourist complex that has several museums, craft stalls and a couple of restaurants. With Alex, our guide, we did some activities and demonstrated at all times great mastery of the history of Quito and its original cultures. But we lacked free time to visit other attractions on our own.
