Fun and Informative

The cooking class we took was thoroughly enjoyable. We had a great market visit with the chef who was friendly and knowledgable, went on to his restaurant for a totally hands-on lesson in making typical Ecuadorian dishes (vegetarian for 2 in our group), and then enjoyed the fruits of our labor in the restaurant on their lovely interior patio. We have taken cooking classes in many countries and each is totally unique. we wholeheartedly recommend this activity for foodies and anyone interested in learning about the flavors and cooking styles of Ecuador.
