Wow. What an experience. Truly one of the most amazing things I’ve ever done. Our guide was informative, fun and really friendly. We found the sharks (between 3-5) so quickly when we arrived in the area different ones. When we first arrived there were around 20 boats but within 5 minutes they’ve all disappeared and we were the only boat - we had the sharks to ourselves! I would recommend requesting a late morning trip to avoid all the other boats! The food was great and the crew were all helpful. HIGHLY recommend taking travel sickness medicine beforehand as the sea is really rocky even on a clear day! They also provide this on the tour. The sharks were MUCH faster than expected and you really need to swim FAST to even try to keep up with them. What an amazing experience.

The pickup from our hotel worked great, there were only 2 of us. The guide Bernard and the photographer were very nice and informative. He told a lot about camels and was able to answer all of our questions. We were allowed to take our own photos and were also able to buy some here. Can only recommend this excursion

Fantastic :) The animals and the staff really work with a lot of heart and soul here. Of course it is ultimately a zoo with a photo attraction, but it was a lot of fun and the cenote is also excellent. Transportation is also available for $10 round trip. In short: definitely book

Really great trip. The staff clearly have the best interests of the animals at heart. Our guide Yary was fantastic and she had lots of information on all the rescued animals. The little monkey encounter at the end was adorable too. Highly recommended!

Amazing sanctuary well worth a visit… do the ATvs and Cenotes whilst you’re there. Brilliant half day out!
