Our guide, Jorge, was both entertaining and informative. There was an incident that a lady who was traveling with my group did not anticipate. While at Nathan’s in Coney Island, a man bumped into her with such force that it knocked her to the ground. It was unprovoked and seemed intentional. People around her were shocked that this happened in the open where many people frequent. Fortunately, she was able to continue the trip. All your guides need to make the clients aware of the possible dangers of any public places and the need to be aware of their surroundings.

It was a rainy windy day but Kevin and Emmanuel brought their own sunshine. Emmanuel is very knowledgeable and an unbelievable resource. Kevin handles a 50 passenger bus like it was a mini van. The dynamic duo entertained and enlightened us all day. If the weather was nicer we would have ventured out more but we definitely got our moneys worth regardless. We’ll be back.

The tour and the tour guide (Jorge) were great, but you need to correct the address of the departure point in your printed and emailed information. You listed the point of departure as being on WEST 42nd Street. That's wrong -- it's EAST 42nd Street. In New York, that makes a big difference! We almost missed the bus!

Emmanuel was our tour guide and the tour was AMAZING. 100% worth the money, a lovely day out, and good stops to sight-see in 4 out of 5 boroughs!

O Tour ultrapassou muito as nossas expecativas. Guia excelente!
