1. From Manhattan: Full-Day NYC Boroughs and Coney Island Tour

Traveling by comfortable motor coach and accompanied by your professional, licensed NYC bilingual tour guide, your day will start in the borough of Manhattan, known as “the city”, with a ride through Harlem in Upper Manhattan. You’ll learn about the development of this diverse neighborhood and see historic sites, such as the world-renowned Apollo Theater, the debut venue for many performers such as Ella Fitzgerland, The Jackson 5, Marvin Gaye and many others. Next, you’ll travel north, to the borough of the Bronx, where you’ll see the home of one of the most famous baseball teams in the world: The New York Yankees! You’ll also learn about the birth of hip hop and view original street art while walking along the streets.  The tour continues across the East River into the borough of Queens, one of the most ethnically diverse counties in the US, whose residents speak over 100 languages. You’ll pass through the exclusive Malba neighborhood, with its many beautiful homes, and visit Flushing Meadows Park, home of the US Open (one of the oldest tennis championships in the world), as well as the New York Mets baseball team and the Unisphere (leftover from the 1964 World’s Fair). You will then proceed to visit the borough of Brooklyn, viewing the neighborhoods of Williamsburg and Crown Heights, home to one of the largest Hasidic Jewish communities outside of Israel, alongside a younger, gentrifying non-Jewish population. Afterwards, you’ll head down to world famous Coney Island, a destination for New Yorkers for generations, seeking fun and relaxation. Weather permitting, you’ll have an opportunity to explore the boardwalk, and to have lunch at the original, legendary Nathan’s restaurant. Finally, you’ll head back over the East River, passing by the historic Brooklyn Bridge, on your return into Manhattan. Our guide, Jorge, was both entertaining and informative. There was an incident that a lady who was traveling with my group did not anticipate. While at Nathan’s in Coney Island, a man bumped into her with such force that it knocked her to the ground. It was unprovoked and seemed intentional. People around her were shocked that this happened in the open where many people frequent. Fortunately, she was able to continue the trip. All your guides need to make the clients aware of the possible dangers of any public places and the need to be aware of their surroundings.

We - my granddaughter and I - did this tour on April 20th, 2022 and are extremely enthusiastic. The team of bus driver and tour guide were great. She kept telling stories, but always informative and really interesting! You should have done this tour through the 4 areas of New York to get a better impression of the city.

The tour and the tour guide (Jorge) were great, but you need to correct the address of the departure point in your printed and emailed information. You listed the point of departure as being on WEST 42nd Street. That's wrong -- it's EAST 42nd Street. In New York, that makes a big difference! We almost missed the bus!

Great service from pick-up to drop off at the hotel. A shout out to William our driver. What a welcome to NYC! Such a great guy and made the journey a pleasure.

This is worthwhile! It was our 6th visit to NYC; I wish we had done it earlier. We learned a great deal and broadened our view of New York.
