The tour is divided in two parts, at the beginning they show you Quebec around un a bus with a couple stops; I recommend to do the tour at the beginning of your trip so you can come back to those places later then you change to a different bus and go to the ice hotel which is also an incredible experience.

I enjoyed the tour at the Ice Hotel. I like the creativity in putting the Hotel up on winter! It is quite a complete Hotel with the lobby, energizing bar and artistic suites inside! I like the sense of humour within seeing a fire extinguisher signs in the hall ways.

I enjoyed the city tour and the time at the ice hotel. However, there was a lot of confusion as To which bus to get on for city tour and ice hotel (no labels etc), and I wasn’t aware of an hour and a half break between the city tour and ice hotel. That was disappointing. If arranged better, we could have had at least an extra hour to enjoy the ice hotel, which I thought the hour and half was not sufficient especially for all the crowds there. Had to choose between purchasing a drink or viewing the hotel. The time at ice hotel was rushed.
