Beautiful views, a great guide (in historical costume), your choice of indoor or outdoor seating, and access to food, a bar, and gift shops onboard. Well worth the price. Try to bring a hat that won't blow away if you want to sit outside; it was windy enough to blow chairs down the open upper deck on our return trip. Invigorating to be up there, though, and if you get cold, you can always go back to the heated inside to warm up!

We had a beautiful day for the 90-minute cruise around the river. What makes this fun is the the person dressed in period costume who, in a very lively manner, guides the tour in English and French. He was exceptional. This is a great thing to do when you are tired of sightseeing on land, and you will get some nice views of the city, and also of Orleans Island and the Montmorency Falls. There is a bar and snacks available. This boat holds a lot of people. I would recommend sitting on the front of the boat where the guide performs.

A good trip to see Quebec from the river and cruise by the Montmorency Falls and bridge. Not up close but get a good view. Very knowledgeable guide (speaking English and French). Interesting and lovely way to spend a couple of hours. Toilets and coffee/snacks available onboard. Boat leaves from the convenient cruise terminal area near the old town.
