Nice tour of the city

The tour guide was fluent in many languages and the information provided was very interesting. One can learn a lot. Unfortunately, we did not visit the Alcazar de Colon as described. Instead, we went to the 3 Eyes National Park. The guided tour there was done by a local, who did not speak EN, rushed us, and was inpolite. However, what dissapointed me the most was that the free time at the Santo Domingo was limited as well as the quided tour very short. Apart from that, as usual, too many products promoted within the tour (with corresponding stops)

Bonjour, nous n’avons pas pu participer à cette activité car il y a eu un désaccord sur l’horaire au point de RDV. C’est dommage car cette visite doit être intéressante…cependant, nous avons mis 5* car la situation a été pris de suite en considération et par la compagnie Go excursion et Get Your Guide en personne où nous avons pu obtenir un remboursement intégral avec bien évidemment des recommandations que nous avons donné aux personnes qui organisent cette excursion pour éviter que cela ne se reproduise. Encore une fois, Get Your Guide est très sérieux, ce n’est pas la première fois que l’on réserve avec GYG et on n’a toujours été très satisfait ! On continuera…merci.
